Return Policy

No issue with the item
Customers can return the item within 7 days after signing the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We will process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the item and checking that it’s in good condition.
 
Item has defects
Please contact our after-sale service via email at service@geekreplicas.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement part or providing a partial refund.
Customers who do not accept replacement parts or partial refunds and insist on returning the item will need to pay the shipping cost and arrange the return shipping.
