1. Where do you ship from and which countries do you ship to?
Most of our products are shipped from China, and to enhance customer logistics experience, we have also deployed overseas warehouses in the United States (with local warehouses in other countries being set up progressively). You can see if local logistics support is available for your destination on the product detail page’s shipping section. We have a well-established logistics network that can ship goods to most countries around the world.
 
2. Where can I track my order?
We send the tracking of your order to the email address you left. Please make sure it's correct.
Check trash if you didn’t get an email after you register.You can also add these email addresses to your contact so all the mails from us won’t go into the trash: service@geekreplicas.com
When your tracking is provided, https://t.17track.net/ will provide you tracking for all the shipping carriers we utilize. We've added the easy-tracking plugin at the footer menu.
 
3. What shipping methods do we use?
⬇ Shipping From China
  • Air Shipping:The delivery time normally takes 10–20 days,tracking available.supports most countries,balances timeliness and price,is the most cost-effective logistics method.
  • EMS:The delivery time normally takes about 1 month, tracking available. Supported by the Universal Postal System,it covers almost all countries,but the price will be more expensive.
  • Ocean Freight:The delivery time normally takes 1–2 months.In the sea freight, there is no tracking number available.After the ship arrives at the port, the tracking will be provided.It's the cheapest shipping way,and there are some certain products can only be shipped by sea freight.
  • Express:Commercial international couriers like UPS/DHL/Fedex/TNT,etc.Tracking available,The delivery time normally takes less than 7 days.But shipping costs are 2–3 times that of ordinary shipping methods.

Products sending from US warehouse will be shipped by UPS/Fedex/USPS,etc,tracking available.Takes less than 5 days to most areas of US.
We will provide you with the most suitable transportation plan, if you have designated logistics, please let us know, we will try our best to help you!
 
4. What if the tracking gets alert?
There are several situations. No updates, return to us, or shows delivered, but you didn't get it. Feel free to contact us if anything happens, we'll contact with the shipping company for more information! You can also contact your local post office once it’s in your country for more info.
 
5. Will there be taxes for the packages?
For United States buyers, there will be no tax at all.
For EU countries buyers, the tax is already included in the shipping cost.
For other countries (Canada, Peru, UK etc.) We'll declare a low value for the package to lower the chance for you to get taxed for importing goods.
